These General Terms and Conditions are applicable to the online retail store ARTTYCO (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"), with the domain www.arttyco.com. Your access to and utilization of the Service is subject to your acceptance and adherence to these Terms. These terms pertain to all visitors, users, and any other individuals who access or utilize the service. Please carefully read below for the specifics of this agreement.

For optimal service provision, The Company is obligated to share certain client data (name, surnames, address, telephone, etc.) with other companies collaborating in the service provision (carriers, financial entities, or web hosting service providers). In all cases, the provided data is strictly necessary for the specific activities associated with the commercial operations at www.arttyco.com.

However, there may be situations where we require additional details to communicate with you, such as for order processing or name registration. AVAILABILITY
The products are limited in quantity. Our products are released in limited editions with a set number of units. Each edition is limited to one unit per customer. Once an edition is sold out, it will no longer be accessible. If you have inquiries about the availability of our products, please reach out to us. Orders using the same email, name, or shipping information will be considered invalid and will be canceled. Product offerings and prices advertised by The Company are valid until they are visible on the website and/or until stocks are depleted (whether or not the website is updated to reflect current availability). The Company does not guarantee the availability of any product for sale in general or for any specified period. However, The Company will endeavor to fulfill orders in good faith as they are received, while stocks last.

SHIPPING
Shipping is included in the price.
Arttyco ships internationally using our designated shipping provider. If the country you wish to ship to is not available, please contact us through infoarttyco@gmail.com. There is no minimum order amount.
Buyers are responsible for the information provided when placing an order. Any additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address declaration are the sole responsibility of the final customer.
All confirmed orders will be charged immediately and delivered as soon as possible, typically within 15-30 business days, depending on the destination address. You will receive notification and tracking information by email once your order has been shipped. Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. For loss claims, please contact the shipping provider. If your package cannot be located by the shipping provider, contact us at infoarttyco@gmail.com. We are not liable for any customs duties or taxes that may affect shipments outside of Spain. Artworks are insured during shipping. In case the artwork arrives damaged, contact the shipping provider and inform us as soon as possible. Due to insurance terms, claims cannot be processed after 30 days from receiving the artwork. The packaging is for protection purposes only. Dents or scratches on the packaging box caused by delivery are not covered in the Return and Refund policy.
PAYMENT
The prices displayed on the screen, including taxes for Spanish and European Union resident Clients, are presented in Euros (€) and are valid, except for typographical errors or omissions. The offers are clearly marked and identified as such. We accept payments via credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa) and Paypal.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All contents of "Arttyco," such as logos, brands, designs, models, icons, drawings, graphics, and designs, are the intellectual and industrial property of their respective owners, protected by national and international legislation.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Great care is taken to ensure safe delivery, making instances of receiving damaged art rare. However, if the contents of your order are incorrect, damaged in transit, or faulty, please contact us at infoarttyco@gmail.com.
TERMINATION
If you violate the terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to our service without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, violation of terms. All provisions of the terms that, by their nature, should survive termination will indeed survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
Assembly of our products should be conducted by a qualified individual, as improper installation may result in the piece falling and causing harm to individuals or objects. If unsure, contact a specialized retailer in your local area. Misuse of our products by the user may cause harm to individuals, objects, or the piece itself. Our limited editions may contain small objects that pose a risk of injury to children. Falling objects could lead to severe injuries. Please ensure that children do not play with them. To preserve our products, do not place them outdoors or expose them to direct sunlight.
